All online orders are packed and delivered from our headquarters in Amsterdam. All orders before 17h (NL local time) will be sent the next day.
We are based in the Netherlands, but ship across the EU. For information about shipping to countries outside of the EU please contact us via email info@marzanocaffe.com

EU orders are shipped through PostNL. Depending destination country shipping time may vary. Postal carriers are operating during business days. Belgium -2 daysFrance/UK/ Germany -3 daysSouthern & Eastern Europe -4 days (Eastern Europe shipping time might suffer delay)
Returns and exchanges
Since our coffee beans are fresh produce the standard return policy of 14 days does not apply. If you have any issues or concerns with your delivered coffee, please contact us at support@marzanocaffe.com. We will respond within two working days.
